Privacy Policy

The short version

Stratecamp collects the information you choose to give us, uses it to respond to you and deliver what you asked for, and doesn't sell it to anyone. We'd rather earn your trust than monetize your inbox.

Information we collect

We collect information in three ways:

• Information you provide directly. When you subscribe to Field Notes, download the Operations Playbook, join the Campfire waitlist, take the Campfire Archetypes assessment, book a Discovery Call, or contact us, you share information such as your name, email address, organization, and the content of your messages.
• Scheduling information. Discovery Calls are booked through Calendly, which collects the details you enter when scheduling (name, email, and your answers to our brief intake questions).
• Technical information. Like most websites, our hosting infrastructure logs standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, used for security and site performance.

How we use it

• To deliver what you requested: the Playbook, Field Notes dispatches, your Archetypes profile, or a scheduled call
• To respond when you contact us
• To understand which resources are useful so we can make better ones
• To operate, secure, and improve the site

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Services we rely on

We use a small set of service providers to run Stratecamp: ActiveCampaign (email and subscriber management), Calendly (scheduling), and our website hosting infrastructure. Each processes your information only to provide their service to us, under their own privacy commitments.

Email and unsubscribing

Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. Use it any time and it takes effect promptly. No hoops, no guilt trips.

Data retention and your choices

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide what you signed up for. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information at any time by emailing us; we'll act on the request promptly, subject to any legal obligations to retain certain records.

Cookies

The site uses only the cookies and local storage necessary for it to function properly, such as remembering that you've dismissed a notification. We don't run third-party advertising trackers.

Children

Our site and services are built for professionals and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll update the effective date above. Material changes will be noted clearly on this page.
